Jan 21 - Yoga

Day 4 of this blog I tried Yoga.

Benefits of Yoga:
- Helps with back pains
- Makes you sleep better
- Improves balance
- Benefits heart health
- Helps you deal with stress







    I've tried Yoga during the 6th grade, my mother influenced my to do so, and we even had our yoga set. I haven't done it again ever since then. I wasn't particularly good in yoga but I did it as a habit, and now I don't do it anymore.

    I like yoga, even doing it now for the first time in forever, I know I miss doing yoga. But I'm not that interested in doing yoga again, despite knowing how stiff my body is and doing yoga would actually benefit me. There's just no space in my household to do yoga and I have a habit of breaking routine after a week.
